Dear Students and parents,  

Thank you for choosing Misk Institute for your Quran learning needs. We are happy to have you as part of our community. Please read and follow these policies carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfying learning experience for you and your teachers.  

Payments:  

- You must pay the monthly fee in advance after completing the trial classes.  

- If you have any unused hours at the end of the month, they will be carried over to the next month.  

- If you want to stop taking classes and you have remaining hours, we will refund you at the beginning of the next month, In Shaa Allah.  

Classes Attendance:   

- Time is the most important thing we own. Therefore, both students and teachers must be online on time. No delays are accepted from either side, except for emergencies.   

- If you cannot attend a class on time or need to reschedule it, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. You can arrange a makeup class with your teacher later.   

- If you cancel a class with less than 2 hours' notice, it will be considered taken and deducted from your hours.    

- If you do not show up for a class, the teacher will wait for you for half of the session, then the session will be counted as taken, except for sudden emergencies.  

- Teachers are not allowed to share their WhatsApp numbers with students. Please contact them through our system (LMS Ticket) only.  

Makeup Classes:  

- You are not entitled to a makeup class if you are absent without prior notice. We pay the teachers for their attendance even if you miss the class.  

- If the teacher misses a class due to an unexpected reason (e.g., power outage or medical emergency), they will make up for the lost time or class later.  

- If the teacher is frequently late or absent, please email us as soon as possible by E-mail.  

Rating and Feedback:  

- Our quality department will email or message you after a Month, to ask for your feedback. Please let us know your concerns, questions, or complaints. Your feedback helps us improve our service. We highly appreciate it.  

Leaving our Institute:   

- If you decide to leave the Institute for any reason, we kindly request that you email us by E-mail or WhatsApp two days before your departure date and mention the reason behind your decision. 

Studying in the Institute Only:   

- You are not allowed to study with your teacher outside of the Institute. You can only study with them through Misk Institute.  

Friend Referral Policy:  

- If you refer a friend who starts taking classes with us, you will get a 10% permanent discount.  

-  If you refer 3 friends who start taking classes with us, you will get a 50% permanent discount.
